Sand Property Maintenance is seeking a dependable and skilled Roaming Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities throughout the West Twin Cities Metro, with Bloomington Southview LP serving as the primary assigned location. The role involves completing resident work orders, preventive maintenance, unit-turn repairs, and general building and grounds upkeep across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with maintenance experience.
• Two to five years in maintenance or related skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident work orders and complete repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and components.
• Inspect HVAC, boilers, and mechanical components on schedule.
• Travel between properties to complete assignments.
• Assist with seasonal tasks and exterior maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep workspaces organized.
