Job summary

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group is seeking a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver professional home-based nursing care to clinical trial participants. The role requires independent work with the Nursing Solutions Group and collaboration with brick-and-mortar sites for study implementation.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license (home state) with Compact Licensure eligibility, preferably a BSN, and 2+ years of clinical/research experience.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure in home state and Compact Licensure eligibility required.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Full Covid Vaccination strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to participant homes.
• Ability to drive to local/remote locations and lift up to 15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to home participants.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on solutioning, education, and resource support.
• Support study visits and participate in activities advancing Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Develop relationships with study team members as SME on nursing processes.
• Travel to participant homes as required.
