Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial distribution, cutting tools, machine tools, or related sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial/tooling distribution is highly preferred.
• Experience in field sales with cutting tools or industrial products is a plus.
• Understanding of CNC operations including turning, drilling, and milling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend products and services.
• Lead customer discussions with technical insight and identify opportunities.
• Develop customized solutions to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
• Perform cost-savings and business analyses to demonstrate value.
• Work with internal teams and manufacturers to implement solutions.
• Develop and manage implementation plans and timelines with customers.
• Triage and expand customer knowledge of E&R Industrial products and services.
