Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising leader to support grocery retailers in Baltimore. You will perform category resets, build displays, rotate stock, and ensure planogram compliance, while using mobile tech to report progress.

You will train teammates, assist with scheduling, and provide store-level operational oversight. Travel and overnight stays are required, with benefits and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to travel within and outside of home state, with overnight stays.
• Willingness to train and lead teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete category resets and build displays.
• Rotate and date-check products; correct tags and ensure planogram adherence.
• Identify out-of-stock items and manage backstock and discontinued products.
• Track progress, capture photos, report issues using company tech or personal device.
• Train new teammates and support scheduling; provide in-store operational oversight.
