Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising leader to drive category resets, displays, and planogram compliance. You will identify stock gaps, manage backstock, and collaborate with store leadership on initiatives.

You will travel frequently and stay in hotels; training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a large, global network.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older and capable of physical work (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Willing to travel with overnight hotel stays inside and outside the home state.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and experience leading or training others.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store merchandising leadership, including category resets and display building.
• Rotate, date-check products, tag items, and ensure planogram compliance.
• Identify OOS conditions, manage backstock, and work with store leadership on initiatives.
• Track progress, capture photos, report issues, and use company tech or personal device.
