Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser Team Lead for Baltimore, overnight travel required. You will lead in-store merchandising efforts, reset categories, build displays, and ensure planogram compliance across retailers.

You’ll train and coach teammates, coordinate with store leadership, and use mobile tech to report progress. No prior experience required, with provided training and growth opportunities. Salaried compensation based on hourly wage with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Willingness to travel with overnight hotel stays.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete category resets, build displays and end caps.
• Rotate and date-check products; ensure shelves meet planogram standards.
• Identify out-of-stock conditions; manage backstock and discontinued items.
• Train new teammates; support scheduling; provide in-store operational oversight.
• Use company technology on a smartphone/tablet to record work and generate reports.
