Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Traveling Merchandiser & Fixture Lead to execute project-based work that keeps retail spaces visually appealing and compliant. You will build relationships with store managers and lead a team across installations, tech upgrades, and quick fixes, traveling to diverse sites.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, and a willingness to travel within the tri-state area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel across tri-state and beyond as needed.
• Able to read diagrams and understand fixtures layouts.
• Comfortable with manual labor and varying project sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and replace steel racking, cantilevers, fixtures, or displays.
• Replace damaged fixture components to maintain visual standards.
• Move products from old to new racking systems.
• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
• Confirm accuracy and quality using established standards.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts or learn to do so.
• Read diagrams and adapt to site specifics.
• Work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Do you have a passion for travel and adventure? As a Traveling Merchandiser & Fixture Lead, you’ll embark on exciting journeys to execute project-based work that keeps retail environments visually appealing and in line with compliance standards. You’ll build lasting relationships with store managers while leading a skilled team through diverse tasks such as steel racking installations, tech upgrades, and quick fixes. If you're ready to hop from one project to the next and make a tangible impact in retail spaces across the map, this is the role for you!

Minimum Pay

USD $18.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $20.00/Hr.

• This position is Variable Full Time Hours and Projects can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume

What You’ll Do

• Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers or other fixtures and displays.
• Replace damaged fixture components.
• Move products from old to new racking.
• Ensure all safety policies are always followed.
• Able to confirm accuracy and job quality using established mechanical and safety standards.
• Able to (or willing/able to learn to) operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Able to (or willing/able to learn to) operate software applications on a computer or handheld device
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20 feet off the ground.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Available to travel within your local state and surrounding states (tri-state).
• Able to workdays, nights, and weekends as scheduled.
• Able to read diagrams (e.g., blueprints and RIGs).
• Mechanically inclined/jack-of-all-trades, or experience with racking installation and demo.
• Technology inclined, or experience with computers/software
• Skilled with hand tools, cordless power tools, and mechanical assembly tools for handling materials and fasteners.
