Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Traveling Merchandiser & Fixture Lead to execute project-based work across multiple retail environments. You will lead a skilled team, install steel racking and fixtures, and perform updates and repairs while maintaining compliance standards.

The role requires travel within local and surrounding states, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work days, nights, and weekends as projects demand. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within local state and surrounding states (tri-state).
• Ability to read diagrams such as blueprints or RIGs.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in racking installation and demo.
• Comfortable using hand tools and powered tools for assembly and installation.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers or other fixtures and displays.
• Replace damaged fixture components and move products between racks.
• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times and verify work quality.
• Learn to operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts as needed.

You’ll build lasting relationships with store managers while leading a skilled team through diverse tasks such as steel racking installations, tech upgrades, and quick fixes. Minimum Pay

USD $18.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $20.00/Hr.

• This position is Variable Full Time Hours and Projects can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume

What You'll Do

• Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers or other fixtures and displays.
• Replace damaged fixture components.
• Move products from old to new racking.
• Ensure all safety policies are always followed.
• Able to confirm accuracy and job quality using established mechanical and safety standards.
• Able to (or willing/able to learn to) operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Able to (or willing/able to learn to) operate software applications on a computer or handheld device
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20 feet off the ground.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.

What You'll Bring

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Available to travel within your local state and surrounding states (tri-state).

• Able to read diagrams (e.g., blueprints and RIGs).
• Mechanically inclined/jack-of-all-trades, or experience with racking installation and demo.
• Technology inclined, or experience with computers/software
• Skilled with hand tools, cordless power tools, and mechanical assembly tools for handling materials and fasteners.
