Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 for our Norfolk, VA project portfolio within the National Aviation Vertical. You will plan, manage, and execute on assigned projects of moderate complexity, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and driving schedule adherence and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing safety culture, managing budgets and procurement processes, and collaborating with owners, architects, and trade partners to ensure timely, profitable project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience or related field experience stated in job ad.
• Strong leadership, safety culture and project-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop work plans, manage schedules, and track cost reports.
• Coordinate project site care, meetings, and documentation.
