Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience required.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling, and cost control procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of building information modeling.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates work of subcontractors and trade labor.
• Manages project safety program and ensures subcontractor compliance.
• Supervises and develops Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers.
