Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum four (4) years of formal superintendent experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience required.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Manage site safety programs and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Create and implement project schedules and recovery strategies.
