Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling MEP Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site execution of complex data center projects. You will oversee subcontractors, track CPM schedules, manage budgets and safety programs, and ensure design documents are implemented.

This role requires 10+ years in MEP within data center construction, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to project sites nationwide. Equal opportunity employer and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of MEP experience in data center construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing.
• Ability to work in the U.S. subject to verification of employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value‑engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
