Job summary

L. F. Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Traveling MEP Superintendent to support data center projects across the Northeast and Midwest.

The role oversees field coordination, QA/QC, safety, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted crews on ground-up construction sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong communication, and collaborative skills to coordinate with Project Managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience.
• Experience with supervisory responsibilities as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports.
• Oversee field coordination, QA/QC, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted crews.
• Review status with Project Manager and client representatives; coordinate on large projects with multiple supers.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure tools/equipment are operated safely.
• Direct sub-contractor activities within ground-up construction projects.
• Analyze manpower, materials, and equipment needs and liaise with supervisors.
