Job summary

L. F. Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to support data center projects in the Northeast and Midwest.

The role focuses on managing quality, client satisfaction, and profitability across high-end renovations and new construction. The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in commercial construction management with a heavy electrical background and BIM software experience (Navisworks, Revit).

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy electrical background preferred.
• Experience coming from the sub-contractor world is okay.
• Experience with BIM, Navisworks, BIM Glue, or Revit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical trades and fire systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage project staff and coordinate with owner, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and administrative tasks for project execution.
• Review project schedules, spending, and related reports.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and approve for payment or negotiate changes.
• Prepare and submit change orders for client approval.
• Ensure final payments and closeout documentation are complete.
