Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Traveling MEP Superintendent to support data center projects across the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest. You will oversee field coordination, safety, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces to meet project goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, QA/QC, progress reviews with Project Manager and client reps, and coordinating with subcontractors to optimize manpower and equipment utilization on large-scale builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience supervising as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communications, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and status reports.
• Coordinate field activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Review progress with Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis.
• Direct subcontractors and manage manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Ensure QA/QC per client specifications and enforce site policies.
