Qualifications

• Maintains required continuing education credits annually per state rules

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
• Administer prescribed medications under nurse supervision
• Document care, medication administration, behavior and dietary outcomes
• Communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse
• Support wellness and recreational activities for residents
