Job summary

360care is seeking a clinical support assistant to help physicians at assigned long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services.

You will maintain clinical records in the EMR, prepare charts for visits, and assist with patient flow during facility rounds. Travel to facilities is required up to 100%, and you will support providers while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to operate EMR systems.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families and staff.
• Ability to listen and follow directions from physicians and management.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health.
• Prepare and verify patient charts prior to visits; maintain accurate EMR records.
• Post charges accurately and generate daily production reports for management.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling with facility staff to minimize delays.
• Travel to assigned facilities up to 100% of the time.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/PHI guidelines.
