Job summary

360care seeks a dedicated team member to assist physicians at long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health. You will maintain EMR charts, care for medical equipment, and support providers during visits.

Excellent communication, accuracy in documentation, and HIPAA/PHI compliance are essential as you navigate patient flow and produce daily reports; travel up to 100% to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB Skin Test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Completes chart prep on scheduled patients prior to visits.
• Maintains current and accurate clinical records and charts through electronic medical records.
• Balances daily production reports and assists with schedule optimization.
• Ensure HIPAA and PHI guidelines are followed.
