Allied Physicians Group is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to support our Allergy Division across Long Island, including Hicksville and Glen Oaks. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist front desk operations while traveling between locations as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of receptionist experience, proficiency with AthenaOne/Phreesia, and the ability to work across multiple offices. A HS diploma is required and bilingual ability is a plus.
