We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our Allergy Division. This position will supports practices across Long Island and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment, and is comfortable traveling between locations. This position will provide coverage at our Hicksville and Glen Oaks locations based on the needs of the practices.

• Monday: Hicksville, 9 AM-5 PM
• Tuesday: Hicksville, 9 AM-5 PM
• Wednesday: Glen Oaks, 9 AM-6 PM
• Thursday: Hicksville, 9 AM-5 PM
• Saturday (every other): Hicksville, 8 AM-1 PM

What You'll Do

We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of Medical Receptionist experience required
• Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation Range: $21-$23ph The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
