Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services is looking for a Traveling Medical Equipment Delivery Service Technician in Eagan, MN. This position requires traveling 50-75% to support various branches, providing essential equipment education and support for our patients.

The ideal candidate will hold a Class C CDL and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills while fulfilling essential duties such as equipment deliveries and patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Preferred endorsements: Tanker and Hazmat.
• Dedication to customer care and service.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van.

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Traveling Medical Equipment Delivery Service Technician to join our team in Eagan, MN. This person will be required to travel 50-75% to cover vacancies at our other branches outside of Eagan, MN. They are the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check‑in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face‑to‑face interactions. Must have a current Commercial Driver License, minimum of a Class C.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length
• Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient’s residence
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy
• Resolve patient equipment problems on an as needed basis

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.

• Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily (up to 165lbs.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
