Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical office setting.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk duties.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and procedures.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Answer calls and provide information to patients and callers.
• Complete patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Take patient vital signs and update EHR.
• Provide patient education as directed by healthcare providers.
