Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year experience, preferably in a medical office.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.
• Travel to satellite offices is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk duties with a welcoming attitude.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and procedures.
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays when needed.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries for patients and callers.
• Complete patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Take vital signs and record health information in EHR for pulmonary providers.
• Provide patient education as directed by healthcare staff.
