Job summary

The role requires flexibility, strong patient care, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining accurate medical records and assisting with front desk duties as needed. Experience with electronic health records is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a healthcare position desired.
• Experience using electronic health records.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Committed to continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to gather medical history and update medical records.
• Gather basic vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, height, weight, pulse).
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for exam.
• Sterilize instruments and set up in-office procedure trays.
• Manage medical supplies and coordinate inventory orders.
• Take x-rays.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist at the front desk as needed.
• Support physician and team with patient care activities.
