Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate engineering, VDC/BIM, field teams, customers, and subcontractors while managing project financials, schedules, safety, materials, documentation, and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3+ years in mechanical construction, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent proven construction-management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects from conception through completion.
• Lead and communicate with engineering, VDC/BIM designers, schedulers, field foremen, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed understanding of project scope, specifications, and contractual requirements.
