Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical projects nationwide. You will lead project teams from kickoff through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery across diverse sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical construction PM, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related tools. Willingness to travel nationwide is essential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Mechanical Construction PM experience.
  • Background in commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with construction mgmt software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field personnel.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, and profitability.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Travel to project sites as needed throughout the United States.
