Qualifications

We are partnered with a nationally recognized mechanical contractor seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers to support large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects across the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for PMs looking for long-term project stability, career growth, strong compensation, and exposure to some of the largest mechanical projects in the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC/mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, labor planning, and project documentation
• Track project financials, productivity, change orders, and billing activities
• Lead field coordination meetings and support manpower planning
• Ensure safety, quality control, and project execution standards are maintained
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors
• Support future business development and key client relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Experience with scheduling, project financials, labor coordination, and change management
• Commercial mechanical contractor background preferred
• Open to full-time travel nationwide
