Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects across the United States, with travel to project sites as needed.

You will lead multiple projects, coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field personnel, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mechanical Construction PM experience.
• Background in commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Viewpoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Willingness to travel.
