Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking an experienced ApartmentMaintenance Technician IV in Mobile, AL and surrounding areas to join our multifamily communities. This hands-on role travels between properties to keep residents' homes comfortable and safe.

You’ll perform advanced maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, install and repair HVAC systems, troubleshoot appliances, and complete service requests promptly while following OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation and repairs
• EPA & HVAC certification required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers and air handlers
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance V (Supervisor) position

Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced ApartmentMaintenance Technician IV to support our apartment communities in Mobile, AL and surrounding areas.This position requires regular travel between assigned communities and occasional extended travel as needed to support operational needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep a community running smoothly day to day.

What You’ll Do as a Level IV Maintenance Technician:

• Performadvanced maintenance and repairsincludingHVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
