Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Director (Float) to supervise and direct the Maintenance Department across multiple facilities. This role includes on-call duties on weekends and holidays, ensuring building systems are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

The candidate should have prior supervisory and Life-Safety experience in long-term care, and be able to travel between Colchester, Windsor, Meriden, Middlebury, Naugatuck, and Vernon as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous Life-Safety experience in long term care required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Maintenance Department and manage administrative authority.
• Handle on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain records necessary to operate the maintenance department.
• Assist in developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures.
