Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure task/project completion.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations, ensuring compliance with codes/regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules for maintenance projects and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operation.
• Identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
