Qualifications

5+ years of Land Mobile Radio experience with conventional and trunked systems.
Strong radio troubleshooting: RF, network, console, antenna, and power issues.
RoIP experience with Motorola WAVE and ESChat interoperability.
IP networking knowledge: TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, WANs, VLANs.
Dispatch console experience with MCC7500 or similar systems.
Willingness to travel up to 50–75% to tower sites and facilities.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LMR systems and associated infrastructure.
Travel to tower sites, centers, and hospitals for inspections and repairs.
Coordinate repairs with tower owners, vendors, and service providers.
Support Motorola WAVE, ESChat, RoIP, and related technologies.
Document assets, maintenance actions, and CMDB records.
Provide after-hours support for mission-critical communications.
