Job summary

Facility Solutions Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Lighting Technician to install lighting products in customer facilities. You’ll travel on a 10-on, 4-off schedule and provide high‑quality service while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires 2–4 years of lighting and electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong verbal/written communication. A hiring bonus is offered for bringing a complete crew.

Responsibilities

• Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, or other items associated with lighting systems.
• Comply with FSG safety policies.
• Work in a safe manner so as not to damage or disturb customer's facilities.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. Perform physically demanding tasks while conveying knowledge of basic/specialized tools and equipment throughout the service job/work order process.
• Must understand and conform to Government/Local regulations and ordinances as well as any/all required Safety Guidelines.
• Travel (10 days on, 4 days off) as required.

Job description

Must be able to travel 10 days on, 4 days off. As a Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for installing lighting products safely and neatly in customer’s facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professional customer service and have a vast knowledge of lighting retrofit strategies. Additionally, there is a hiring bonus for bringing a complete crew.
