Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Lighting Technician to install lighting products safely and neatly in customer facilities. The role requires a high level of professional customer service and knowledge of lighting retrofit strategies.

A hiring bonus is offered for bringing a complete crew. The position involves traveling 10 days on and 4 days off, with responsibilities including installation, safety compliance, and adherence to regulations across customer sites.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
2–4 years of lighting and electrical experience.
Lighting and retrofit experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Willingness to travel.
Must be reliable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, or other items in customer facilities.
Comply with safety policies.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install/maintain/repair wiring and fixtures.
Perform physically demanding tasks with proper use of tools and equipment.
Adhere to Government/Local regulations and Safety Guidelines.
