Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience is required.
• 1 year apartment experience or a real estate degree.
• Proven success in high-volume leasing or sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80%.
• Experience with YARDI and RCAH preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities
