Job summary

BLUvera, Mortenson's manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, seeks a Lean Engineer I or II to drive continuous improvement on multiple project sites across the US. You will lead Kaizen events, implement 5S, and optimize workflow with field teams.

Travel up to 75% is required; you will rotate among Eagle Mountain, UT; Lebanon, IN; Los Lunas, NM; Monroe, LA, and other sites as needed. Join a growing operation and shape standardized practices from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Internship experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement principles and their application.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leadership to establish trust for lean approaches.
• Facilitate improvement events with project team and experts.
• Support continuous improvement efforts onsite and enhance flow.
