Zusammenfassung

CED is seeking a Training Manager to deliver and support the Management Training Program across the United States, partnering with fellow CED Managers to develop future leaders. This role leads training sessions, mentors trainees, evaluates performance, and collaborates with leadership to improve content while traveling within the territory.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in electrical, sales, management, or training, and a passion for helping others grow.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in electrical industry, sales, management, training, recruiting, mentorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Aufgaben

• Travel regularly within the United States to support MTP initiatives.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Build relationships with Division/District, Region, and Profit Center Managers.
• Mentor and coach trainees and assess performance.
• Maintain knowledge of training content, policies, and changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training methods and materials.
• Participate in recruiting activities including college fairs and onboarding.
• Coordinate logistics for training and onboarding within districts.
• Manage payroll, timekeeping, and expenses for trainees.
• Lead, facilitate, and manage training sessions aligned with MTP standards.
• Engage in 8-12 local MTP sessions annually, 3-4 days per week with some evenings.
