Job summary

CED is actively seeking exemplary self-starter candidates to join our competitive Management Training Program in Asheville, NC. Trainees will rotate through warehouse, office, and external environments, gaining hands-on leadership experience.

You will report to the Training Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, 18+ years of age, and a valid US driver’s license.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future).
• Geographically Flexible during the duration of the training program.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

$50,000-$65,000 Annually
