Job summary

Ameritech Facility Services LLC is seeking a Lead Mechanical HVAC Technician - Traveling to manage and perform installation and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment, including roof-top units and refrigeration systems. You will lead a crew and report to the Project Manager, working across sites with travel as required.

Qualifications include EPA certification and 3+ years of HVAC/general contracting experience, with ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and travel 75–100%.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC/General contracting experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 75–100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager/Superintendents with installation and removal of HVAC equipment.
• Lead a crew of technicians and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Communicate with customers and store personnel to review projects.
• Source and coordinate subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure safety and adherence to site protocols.
