Job summary

Ameritech Facility Services LLC is seeking a Lead Mechanical HVAC Tech - Traveling to manage and perform installation and service of commercial HVAC systems across multiple sites.

You will lead a crew, coordinate with Project Managers, ensure safety and quality, perform field estimates, source materials, and maintain documentation; willingness to travel 75-100% and work flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• Minimum three years of HVAC experience is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Superintendents with managing and completing building, demolition, removal and/or installation of equipment.
• Lead a crew of technicians and ensure project scope is followed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Source and coordinate sub-contractors as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality, and complete timely paperwork and reports.
• Perform surveys to assist with estimating and creation of project scope.
