Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Traveling Electricians (Low/Medium Voltage) to support large-scale electrical projects across sites in MS/TN, with heavy travel and a contract-to-hire path out of Austin, TX. The role covers 480V/13};8kV work, terminations, and commissioning.

Responsibilities include installing conduits, reading drawings, and ensuring safety compliance. Per diem and high travel duties accompany base pay, with equity available on permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial or data center electrical experience.
• Experience with 415V/480V electrical systems and switchgear.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate conduit, cable tray, duct banks, feeders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams, and electrical drawings.
• Install and energize electrical equipment per specifications.
• Support commissioning and first energization of new systems.
• Follow NFPA 70E and LOTO safety procedures.
