Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Traveling Electricians to support installation and commissioning of electrical systems on large industrial and data center projects. The role requires extensive travel (80%+), 480V systems experience, and rigorous safety compliance.

Per diem and competitive hourly pay are offered, with long-term opportunities upon permanent hire. The position includes elevating 12.47kV/13.8kV knowledge, equipment terminations, and working across 30–60 USD/hour with overtime.

Qualifications

• Active State Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial or data center electrical experience.
• Experience with 415V/480V systems and related switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate conduit, cable tray, duct banks and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams and packages.
• Install, land, torque, and energize electrical equipment per specs.
• Support 480V building and feeder installations and commissioning.
• Follow NFPA 70E and LOTO safety procedures.
