Job summary

A leading electrical solutions provider is seeking a Low Voltage Electrician/Technician to install and troubleshoot low voltage systems primarily in construction environments. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with cabling, a commitment to quality, and the ability to lead small teams. This role requires extensive travel, up to 90%, and candidates must hold OSHA 30 certification. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus daily travel per diem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Low Voltage Electrician or similar role.
• Strong controls wiring and troubleshooting experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience terminating I/O, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Manage scope in the field and identify potential change orders.
• Complete as-built documentation and redlines accurately.
• Communicate clearly with site supervisors and stakeholders.
