CIRSA is seeking a traveling Risk Control Law Enforcement Consultant to support multiple areas of Colorado. The hybrid work model requires residence in the Greater Denver Metro Area with occasional travel across the state.

Under supervision, you will lead process improvement, develop model risk control programs, and provide professional consultation to CIRSA-member cities and towns to minimize loss and exposures. A CIRSA vehicle will be provided for travel.

Qualificações

• Ten+ years direct law enforcement experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in police science, criminal justice, or related field.
• Law degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead law enforcement process improvement efforts across CIRSA-member agencies.
• Develop model law enforcement risk control programs for member participation.
• Provide professional consultation to member cities and towns to minimize loss.
• Review processes, policies, and conduct audits as needed.
• Prepare reports, training materials, and presentations.
