Job summary

Total Facility Care in Fort Collins is seeking a Janitor Floater to support multiple client sites by traveling to different buildings and ensuring each is clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will be assigned daily to Fort Collins-area sites, sometimes up to 1 hour away, and must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

This full-time role covers daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and spills.

Qualifications

• Valid Unexpired Driver’s License and a Personal Vehicle for Transportation.
• Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed).
• Handle basic cleaning and janitorial tasks: trash, restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs.

Responsibilities

• Service different buildings daily as assigned, with minimal supervision.
• Clean and maintain building conditions; operate cleaning equipment.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and restrooms; manage supplies and report repairs.
