Total Facility Care is seeking a dedicated Janitor Floater for the AM shift in Loveland, CO. This full-time role involves cleaning multiple client locations within one shift, using standard cleaning tasks and equipment, and delivering friendly, reliable service to our clients.

Ideal candidates may have prior cleaning experience, own a vehicle with a valid license, and be willing to pass a background check and MVR. Paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to follow instructions and complete all assigned tasks.
• Able to work well independently.
• Punctual and Responsible.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple client locations in a single shift.
• Efficiently work throughout your entire shift to clean client buildings.
• Cleaning tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, wiping down surfaces.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Our Commercial Cleaner Floaters provide excellent and friendly service to our clients daily.
