Total Facility Care, LLC is seeking a Janitor Floater to support multiple client sites in the Fort Collins area. The role involves daily cleaning tasks, travel between buildings, and independent work to maintain safe, clean facilities.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, with shifts spread across Fort Collins and sometimes beyond. This is a full-time service role with potential travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Valid, unexpired driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to drive to multiple client locations across the Fort Collins area.
• Experience with basic cleaning tasks: emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping.
• Effective time management and ability to work without supervision.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Service different buildings daily, as assigned by your supervisor or admin staff.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it clean and in good condition.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment, including a backpack vacuum.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Janitorial Floater , you support multiple client sites by traveling to different buildings and ensuring each is clean, safe, and well-maintained. You handle daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and responding to spills while working independently and efficiently. Thesuccessfulcandidate will be flexible with their availability, have a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. This role will require you to service buildings in the Fort Collins area. Your work assignment is communicated to you daily prior to your shift; some assignments may be up to 1-hour away.

This position supports our operations in the Fort Collins area .

• Other duties, responsibilities, and activitiesas assigned by supervisor.

JanitorFloaterQualifications and Requirements

• Valid Unexpired Driver’s Licenseand aPersonalVehicle for Transportation.
• Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed).
• Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limitedto:emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify

Physical Considerations

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and as required by job.
• Lift up-to 40lbsas required by job.
• Operate a vehicle to travel between client sites.
