Job summary

Total Facility Care in Fort Collins is seeking a reliable Janitor Floater to service multiple client locations on a single shift. The role offers a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), a starting pay of $18.50 per hour, and opportunities for training and growth.

A personal vehicle and valid driver's license are required. You'll perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, and surface sanitizing, while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning facilities and common areas is preferred but not required.
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Service multiple client locations in a single shift.
• Clean client buildings including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Maintain safe, orderly work areas and follow cleaning protocols.
• Present a friendly, professional attitude to clients.
• Use supplies and equipment properly and safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Our Commercial Cleaner Floaters provide excellent and friendly service to our clients daily. Our floaters are flexible and agile, servicing multiple client locations in a single shift. More than just a commercial cleaning job, you’ll feel fulfilled and empowered as a technician with TFC. Janitor Floater Duties & Responsibilities

• Service multiple client locations in a single shift.
• Efficiently work throughout your entire shift to clean client buildings.
• Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, wiping down surfaces.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Janitor Floater Qualifications & Requirements

• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to follow instructions and complete all assigned tasks.
• Able to work well independently.
• Punctual and Responsible.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
