Job summary

Total Facility Care seeks a detail-oriented Project Cleaner to service client sites in the Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and Windsor area. You will join a projects team, report daily to pick up a vehicle, then perform floor care tasks and related cleaning duties with a focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has cleaning experience, owns a vehicle with a valid driver's license, can lift up to 50 lbs, works well in a team, and is punctual and reliable.

Qualifications

• Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience OR heavy labor experience (construction, landscaping, etc.).
• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Punctual and Responsible.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Report to Loveland main office daily to pick up a company vehicle, equipment, and supplies before reporting to their daily project assignment.
• Efficiently working throughout your entire shift to do a variety of floor/project work, including: stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines.
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
