Navion Senior Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist to travel and support Regional Directors of Operations across communities including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will provide interim leadership, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure licensing, compliance, and quality standards are met.

The role requires at least a 3-year ED background in assisted living, strong communication, and the ability to work in a 24-hour operation with up to 90% travel across

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Assisted Living Executive Director experience with increasing responsibility; budgetary responsibilities preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Proven ability to foster a cooperative work environment and resolve conflicts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation.
• Travel up to 90% and ability to support long term on-site assignments.
• Ability to hold multistate Administrator License (NC, SC, VA, GA, TN, WV, KY a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Travel to Navion Senior Solutions communities to serve as Interim Executive Director for vacancies.
• On-site assignments to turn around troubled communities focusing on occupancy, staffing, expenses, licensure, compliance, and satisfaction.
• On-site openings support during pre-opening and lease-up stages as needed.
• Drive regional revenue through move-ins and resident retention.
• Monitor regional expenses: staffing, overtime, bad debt, turnover, and other controllables.
• Ensure program integrity in care services, memory care, and regulatory compliance.
• Train new EDs and other leadership positions as needed.
• Conduct and review Quality Assurance Audits.
• Resolve grievances from residents, families, and staff to keep operations smooth.
